Helen qualified as a Registered Nutritional Therapist over 15 years ago after training for four years at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She is also a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and a Registered Practitioner with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
Helen works with clients to help improve a wide range of health issues. By taking a holistic approach, addressing both diet and lifestyle, nutritional therapy works with you to help you reach your maximum potential.
