Due to the current situation with Covid-19 our classes will soon be available online! Message us if you’re not on the mailing list list and would like to know more.

We now have 25 Pilates mat classes a week, plus small group apparatus sessions where you get to work on the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel or Combo Chair.
Each piece of equipment offers a VERY different challenge 😉

    Due to the COVID-19 situation we have had to temporarily close the studio and move our classes online.  All active members will have a link to access the online classes.  If you would like to become a member and access the classes please just message Amanda on 07966 695156 or Sam on 07739 006226.
