OUR CLASSES
PILATES MAT CLASSES
Pilates mat classes are great for strengthening the 'core' (including pelvic floor, deep abdominals, back and glutes), but also for toning and rebalancing the rest of the body. Classes are mixed ability and exercises are modified to suit individual strength, ability and any physical limitations. We focus on correct breathing and alignment and students are encouraged to 'listen to their own body' and not push it beyond where it's comfortable.

YOGA CLASSES
Our Yoga classes range from gentle and restorative to vigorous and challenging. Yoga helps you connect to your true Self and is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching with relaxation and meditation.

We currently offer Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.

SMALL APPARATUS SESSIONS
In the apparatus room we offer 1:1, 1:2 and small group sessions. The equipment can be used to rehabilitate the body after injury or illness, or to add extra resistance in strength training. The beauty is you are strengthening and stretching the muscles at the same time, for a long, lean, healthy body.

These sessions can be scheduled to suit your timetable and can get you results, fast.
