Our Yoga classes range from gentle and restorative to vigorous and challenging. Yoga helps you connect to your true Self and is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching with relaxation and meditation.
We currently offer Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
Yin - a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time.
Hatha - The form most often associated with yoga, it combines a series of basic movements with breathing.
Vinyasa - A series of poses that flow smoothly into one another. A faster, higher-intensity practice that builds muscle.
