NATURAL BALANCE PILATES - BOOK A 'GETTING STARTED' 1:1 SESSION

If you are new to Pilates or have an injury or medical condition, we require you to have a 1:1 'Getting Started' session first. 

This allows us to do a full postural assessment and take you through the basic Pilates moves so that you feel more comfortable that you know what you're doing, before joining a class.


It's also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions.


Once the session is done, we will decide together what the best class is for you moving forwards.
