Postnatal Yoga: Classes are Monday 1:30-2:45pm
The postnatal period is a very special time for mothers and babies. In these classes we will share beneficial practices to help the healing process after birth, foster a connection with our new babies, and learn to relax in each others’ presence. Practices will be nurturing and nourishing, helping to rejuvenate and relax, with our babies as integral to each element of the session. We will explore techniques which can be taken off the mat into everyday life when caring for ourselves and others.
