Ashtanga yoga is a set sequence of yoga asanas (postures) that flow with a specific breath, followed by a deep relaxation at the end. This form of yoga is both challenging and meditative.
The class is led by Mandy Mills, who will assist you in safely moving into the postures. After this 1hr 10min class you will leave energised and mentally relaxed.
Be prepared to sweat!!
