If you are new to Pilates it is advisable for you to do a ‘Getting Started’ session which lasts for one hour and covers all the basic principles of Pilates, the essential exercises and a postural assesment. This is so that you can comfortably join a group matwork class whilst understanding the basics, and also so that we can tailor a programme to suit you.
The studio is a friendly, social space and we were all beginners once so please don’t worry – you’ll be made to feel very welcome and we’re sure you’ll love it!matwork image

Pilates
- Getting Started with Pilates – Intro session (required prior to joining group mat classes)
- Pilates mat classes – Everything from beginner through to advanced, prenatal to back care.
- Pilates apparatus sessions (using the Reformer, Trapeze, Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair
- Pilates prehab/rehab sessions – Tailored to an individual’s medical issues and / or injuries.
Yoga
- Hatha Yoga
- Vinyasa Yoga
- Yin Yoga
